#WomenOnSet is a Film/TV production and New Media collective, which aims to unite and connect women in the film industry. This collective is dedicated to women in South Florida who are seeking better opportunities to pursue their craft and strengthen their positions within the community.

We are creatives striving to improve the conditions in the industry and facilitate job opportunities. To grow as collective, we aim to connect, inspire, and gain visibility. 

 

Our initiative is to empower women to reach their full potential and capacity in all the production departments within the media industry and propel long term change.
